Cendol Ice from Suji Leaf

Ingredients Cendol Ice from Suji Leaf:
80 gr rice flour
2 tablespoons sago flour
800 ml water
30 leaves suji
2 pandan leaves
200 ml coconut milk for the sauce
a little salt
150 grams of brown sugar
100 ml water
2 drops of pasta pandan
 

How to make Cendol Ice from Suji Leaf:
Mix the rice flour, sago flour and water (800 ml). Waste water is cooked with the suji leaves. Cut the suji leaves, and blender with 300 ml of water (taken from 800 ml of water). + Melt water from the rest of the flour with 2 pandan leaves. Then filtered. Pasta pandan 2 drops. Cook until it boils. Put the flour mixture, stir all the time until cooked popped. Then form, refrigerate. Cook the coconut milk, cook brown sugar. Serve.
