Indonesian Hunkwee Cake Recipe

Ingredients Indonesian Hunkwee Cake Recipe:
½ packs of hunkwee flour (50-60 gr)
¼ pack of sago pearls, cooked thoroughly
400 ml coconut milk
1 pandan
5 tablespoons granulated sugar
a little salt
pink cendol (if available)

 
How to make Indonesian Hunkwee Cake:
Cook sago pearls, then put on a baking sheet. Press a little uneven. Put cendol above sago pearls. Mix hunkwee flour, sugar, pandan, coconut milk and a little salt. And cook while stirring. Stir constantly until it thickened.
Then pour over cendol and quickly put on top of sago pearls. let it chill. Serve.
