Indonesian Agar Agar Layer Jelly
This Agar Agar consists of three layers. Red Jelly, White Strawberry Jelly and black grass jelly.
Ingredients Indonesian Agar Agar Layer Jelly:
For the layers:
Agar Agar (Jelly) strawberry flavor mix
Water according to Agar Agar Recipe
2nd layer:
white Agar Agar
sugar
water according to taste
sliced strawberries according to personal preference
3rd layer:
white Agar Agar
sugar
water
black grass jelly approximately 1 bowl and shredded
How to make Agar Agar Layer Jelly:
Mix the ingredients the 1st according to recipe. Then pour in a glass. Store in refrigerator until it hardens.
Cook the 2nd layer mix, after it boils put in strawberries. Then pour on top of jelly. Store in refrigerator until hard. Grate black grass jelly (coarsely grated). Put the black grass jelly on top. Store in the refrigerator, serve cold.
