Indonesian Fried Tapioka Cake with Peanut Butter Sauce

Ingredients Indonesian Fried Tapioka Cake:
200 gr tapioca flour
200 ml water
1 tbsp cooking oil, to mix the dough
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 leek, finely sliced
½ tsp ground coriander
tapioca flour for sprinkling
For the filling:
a little cheese or a little chocolate sprinkles
For the peanut butter sauce:
peanut butter mixed with chili sauce, garlic and a little indonesian sweet soy sauce.
For the brown sugar sauce
mix crushed brown sugar, roasted peanuts, chili and shrimp paste a bit.
How to make Indonesian Fried Tapioka Cake with Peanut Butter Sauce:
Take some tapioca (50 g) and mix with 200 ml of water, salt, ground coriander and garlic. Then cook, stir all the time until the dough is cooked, thick and transparent. Turn off the stove. cook sliced scallions with low fire. Put the rest of tapioca while stirring.
Form a ball with the dough. The ball can be formed without filling or with cheese or chocolate sprinkles
Fry over medium heat. Serve.
