Indonesian Lemon Rice Recipe

Ingredients Indonesian Lemon Rice:
1½ cup rice
10 lime leaves, thinly sliced 5 lime leaves, lime leaves 5 leaves boned
2 pandan leaves
1 lemongrass
a little salt
60 ml thick coconut milk
enough water
How to make Indonesian Lemon Rice:
Cook water, sliced lime leave, pandan leaves and lemongrass. After the water boils put coconut milk. Put the rice and cook until the milk is reduced. In the steamer and cook until done.
For the side dish chicken can be fried or cooked curry. Fish can be deep fried or pan-fried. Eggs can be scrambled or boiled. Crackers / Chips. Dried potatoes. Fried peanuts. Abon (beef jerky). Fried onions. Cucumber.
