Suji Leaf Jelly Recipe

Ingredients Suji Leaf Jelly:
1 agar agar powder white
10 tablespoons granulated sugar (if desired can be added 2 tbsp sweet again)
120 ml coconut milk
20 leaves suji
2 pandan leaves, the second leaf is crushed, then give 630 ml of water
1 young coconut, then scraped
4 tablespoons green sticky Tapai
 

How to make Suji Leaf Jelly:
Mixed leaf and water, then strain. Put in a pan, put 120 ml coconut milk, 10 tablespoons granulated sugar and powdered agar agar. Mix well, then boil, stir constantly. Put tapai in the bottom of the pan and put young coconut.
After the agar agar boils put the green sticky tapai in to cover the young coconut. Then let stand until it gets hard. Put the pan in a bowl of cold water so that in order to quickly harden. Once hardened again pour the dough so that the tapai remains in the bottom of the pan. Let it gets cold then serve
