Indonesian Surabaya Layer Cake Recipe

Ingredients Surabaya Layer Cake:
 
For yellow layer:
10 egg yolks
115 grams of refined sugar
50 g flour
125 gr margarine cake and cookies
½ tsp vanilla
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tsp milk powder
 
For the chocolate layer:
10 egg yolks
125 grams of refined sugar
35 g flour
¼ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tsp milk powder
125 grams of butter (if you do not like butter, replace with 125 gr Margarine cake and cookies, delicious taste still ok)

 
How to make Surabaya Layer Cake:
For yellow layer:
Mix 250 gr margarine until soft / pale yellow. When youre done then divide into 2 parts. Mix refined sugar and 10 egg yolks until thick. Put the flour, vanilla, milk powder and cornstarch a little bit, with a folding motion. Put margarine 2 tablespoons per 2 tbsp. Put the pan. Roast in oven 180 ° C, until cooked browned.
 
For the chocolate layer:
Same way.
After it gets cold put butter on top. Then put the chocolate cake on top.
