Mixed Indonesien Ice Drink
Coconut Ice Drink
Ingredients Coconut Ice Drink:
1 young coconut, scraped
1 kg kolang forth + 10 tablespoons granulated sugar (can be added) + dye pink + a little water, then cooked
basil seeds taste, then soak it in water until so
coconut juice to taste
vanilla syrup
How to serve Coconut Ice Drink:
Put the coconut, kolang kaling, coconut juice, syrup, basil seeds, water and ice cubes.
Starfruit Ice Drink
Ingriedients Starfruit Ice Drink:
½ star fruit, sliced thin (fruit selected according to taste)
Kolang Kaling, Indonesian Jelly
pink syrup
basil seeds
ice Cube
water
How to serve Starfruit Ice Drink
Syrup pink, kolang kaling, thinly sliced star fruit, basil seeds, water and ice cubes.
Melon Ice Drink
Ingredients Melon Ice Drink:
1 melon, scraped ball shape
Kolang Kaling, Indonesian Jelly
nata de coco / coconut juice
basil seeds
white fizzy drinks (sprite)
ice Cube
white syrup
How to serve Melon Ice Drink:
Little white syrup, melon, kolang kaling, coconut juice, basil seeds, ice cubes and sprite.
