Seafood Laksa Recipe

Ingredients Seafood Laksa:
shrimps
scallops
fish cake (ready to buy)
Tofu
1 small pack rice noodles, cooked
1 bunch scallions
2 eggs, boiled
tomato
yellow lemon slice
cucumber
to complement cilantro leaves
 

Seasoning for Seafood Laksa:
6 shallots
3 garlic
4 pecan
ginger bit / slice
galangal slice
2 shrimps
½ red chili
Blend all these ingredients.
ground coriander
a little turmeric powder
salt to taste
shrimp paste
lemongrass
2 bay leaves
6 lime leaves
little red chili sliced
coconut milk
fried onions for topping
 

How to make Laksa Seafood:
Saute all ingredients(puree), put in the spices as soon as you can smell the aroma. Give the thin coconut milk and salt. Cook the eggs and peel, put in to this spice. Slice tofu and put it in too.
Once the spices are reduced put in the shrimps, scallops, fish cake, chili slices and chives. Put coconut milk. Taste and serve.
