Ongol Ongol Cake from Sago Flour

Ongol Ongol cake can be made from sago flour or hunkwee flour.
Ingredients Ongol Ongol Cake:
100 gr sago flour
80 grams of brown sugar
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
40 grams of dried grated coconut
1 tbsp thick coconut milk
a little salt
250 ml water
2 bunches of pandan leaves
How to make Ongol Ongol Cake:
fry the sago flour without oil with low heat and stir well until warm. Mix sago and water. The remaining water is cooked with brown sugar, granulated sugar and pandan leaves, until the sugar is dissolved / warm. Put mixture and water. Stir until thickened and discolored. Then put in a plastic box, chill. Heat a dry coconut with coconut milk and a little salt in the microwave 3 seconds. Mix well. Take ongol ongol with a spoon, then roll in shredded coconut. Serve.
