Katetong Recipe

Chocolate Katetong
 
Ingredients Chocolate Katetong:
5 egg whites (200 cc)
250 gr margarine cake and cookies
200 grams of refined sugar
250 gr flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons of powdered milk
¼ tsp vanilla
 

How to make Chocolate Katetong:
Mixer refined sugar with margarine. Put the egg whites a little bit. Put the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, powdered milk and vanilla. Ulas pan katetong (yes inverted position) concave parts with margarine. Preheat oven gas mark 3.
Put the pan into the oven and lower oven gas mark 2. Bake in the oven until cooked / dry.
 
Cheese Katetong

 
Ingredients Cheese Katetong:
80 cc egg whites
150 grams of refined sugar
250 gr margarine cake and cookies
150 gr grated cheese
225 gr flour
4 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons of powdered milk
80 gr grated cheese for topping

 
How to make Cheese Katetong:
Mixer refined sugar and margarine until tender. Put the egg whites a little bit while dimixer. Put the grated cheese. Put the flour, cornstarch and powdered milk. Stir with a spatula. Then enter into the plastic triangle. Put on a baking sheet with margarine.
This katetong rather thick batter. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat oven 150 C / gas mark 2. Bake in oven for 1 hour (longer yes). Let stand in order to harden.
