Indonesian Fried Long Bean & Soybeans Sprouts Recipe
Ingredients Fried Long Bean & Soybeans Sprouts:
1 small pack of bean sprouts
10 long beans, cut
1 green onion, thinly sliced
1/3 red bell pepper
2 lime leaves
1 bay leaf
How to make:
Puree and sautee onion, garlic, paprika and ginger. Then put in bay leaves, galangal and lime leaves. Put in beans, give a little water. Cook until well done.
After long beans are cooked, put the sprouts and scallions. Taste. Serve.
